Lisa joined MBK in August 2018. She focuses on the tax attributes and issues associated with multi-state, closely-held businesses. A CPA licensed in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania, she is a member of the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Lisa holds a B.B.A. from Middle Tennessee State University.
